About the Founder

Hi, I'm Hannah and I'm so grateful your here! Growing up, I was always the kid who doodled in class and stayed at home reading on a Friday night. I design all the cases myself and Kindly is a creative outlet for me coupled with my obsessive hobby of reading! 

How do I know what model my kindle is?

Step 1: Swipe down from the top of your kindle to view your kindle dashboard

Step 2: Select "All Settings"

Step 3: Click "Device Options"

Step 4: Finally, select "Device Info" to review which model & generation of kindle you have)

When will you carry more kindle models?

eeeek, January 2025!!! (Paperwhite 11th / 12th gen, new colorsoft, Oasis 10th / 11th gen, and Basic kindle 10th / 11th gen)

What is your case like?

Kindly cases feature a magnetic closure that turns the device off and on when the cases is opened. Lightweight and adorable, this case not only will protect your kindle but will match the books you're reading. Our cases have a subtle sheen and texture to them and are easy to clean. They are water resistant but should not be submerged often.

What if I ordered the wrong case model?

Please email support@thekindlyshop.com to contact customer support. We offer returns within 30 days of ordering once the case has been mailed back to our warehouse. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot offer shipping labels for returns at this time! (plz don't hate me, one woman show over here doing her best!)

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We are in small community bookshops across the nation, and it brings us so much joy to be in your communities. If you are interested in starting a wholesale account with Kindly, please email support@thekindlyshop.com! 

Return Policy

Kindly, all refunds are eligible until 30 days of product being received. Product must be returned to our facility in order to receive a refund and in perfect condition. Please include your name and order number within the package. 

Please note, as a small business, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping (we are doing our best!), and are only able to refund your case and/or product. We do not provide shipping labels for returns!

BUT we get it, there are a lot of kindles out there and it's confusing which model you have so we want to provide the opportunity to refund a case if that is the issue.
